Presidents Cup 2022

Belfast Lough Sailability hosted the 2022 Presidents Cup, Hansa National Championships and 2.4mtr Nationals.

Great sailing conditions, good food, excellent company ashore what more could you want. It was a pleasure hosting the event again meeting up with our friends from the other Sailability groups. Team Ulster comprising of sailors from BLS, Lough Erne and Lough Foyle retained the trophy for another year

Inaugurated by Paralympian John Twomey this Irish interprovincial regatta is the highlight of the Sailability calendar. Promoted by Sailability Ireland, this competition is to provide anyone with a disability from the 32 counties of Ireland the opportunity to compete on the water and experience the joys of sailing.

The event is taking place 27th and 28th August 2022 at Carrickfergus Sailing Club
