Volunteer Recognition Dinner – Belfast City Hall
Calling all BLS members, family and friends: we want you to join us for a once in a lifetime event in the magnificent Belfast City Hall.
We are delighted to announce that Councillor Jim Rodgers, O.B.E., High Sheriff of Belfast City Council, has nominated Belfast Lough Sailability as one of his chosen charities. As part of his nomination, Belfast Lough Sailability will have the use of the Great Hall of Belfast City Hall to host our Volunteer Recognition Dinner on Saturday 5th November 2016, 6pm.
- Top class, renowned caterers booked for the night.
- ‘Ownies Bar & Bistro‘ are providing the bar with a late licence.
- ‘The Brewery Boys’ providing the entertainment til late.
- Volunteer awards.
- Ballot prizes.
- ‘Golden Ticket’ ballot with more prestigious prizes.
- If you want to donate a prize for the ballot it would be very welcome!
We’re trying to avoid payment on the night so please book tickets as soon as possible. We need upwards of 150 guests to make the night financially workable so please do make the effort to come along – friends/family/work colleagues – all welcome!
Tickets are available at £20 for under 18 & £25 adults. These are greatly subsidised down from over £45 each so please make the most of this ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity for BLS and join your friends & fellow members for a great night out in the magnificent surroundings of Belfast City Hall.
[Edit 21/10/16: BLS Hon Sec, Anne Taylor, will be at the cabin from 11.00 am – 12.30 pm Saturdays selling tickets as available, otherwise Anne can be contacted either by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or mobile: 07599 689280.]
The cost of your tickets can be spread over 3 months: 3 equal payments at end of Sept, Oct & Nov. Please see Davy Todd, Paul Bunting, Anne Taylor or Geraldine Duggan to do this.
This is shaping up to be a very special night for all of us at Belfast Lough Sailabilty; please do come along and join the fun!
Huge thanks to our very kind & generous sponsors for their hospitality and support:
